The bigining point of divine revelation is recitation of pen knowledge. The prophet mohammad p .b .upon him was sent taking the full knowledge of Holy Quraan with wisdoms and philosophies.The emphasis of teaching and getting of religious education is present in Quraan and Hadith sharif.

From the time of the prophethood even today the arranement of teaching and taking religious education is continued without no any gap.HaZrat molana Ashraf ali Thanvee has writen in his book named Al ilmu wal ulamau The extence of Islamic Madaris at present is a windfall blessing from Allah taala.also the immortality and verlasting of Islam is depended on only Madaris.

As far as the athism and irreligiousness is spreading day by day,as the importance of Madarise Islam is increasing cent per cent.owing to in view of this saying from such as pious saints,the presdent of Jamiat ulama E Hind Gujrat ,well known by muslims home and abroad by his 40 books on various subject,a great thinker of Islam ,late HaZrat molana mufti Ahmad bemat s .b.detirminded to  established a religious institution in village of karmali.so ahe foundation ston was laid by Arif billah HaZrat shaikhul Hadith Mohammad Radha Ajmeri in 1990

This institute was founded by late mufti Ahmed Bemat sb, who was well known by Muslim home and abroad by his 40 years teaching of Hadith, Tafseer and his 40 books on various subject (Some of his books were translated in to Eng). This institute is located at Karmali, State of Gujarat, India.
